Cindy joined the Fratarcangeli Wealth Management Group of 2016, and serves as the Chief Operating Officer and as a Senior Registered Relationship Manager. Previously, in coordination with these roles over the last 6 years, she managed the practice’s compliance and audit control as the registered 9/10 delegated Risk Supervisor and still has an active role in assisting our lead Compliance and Risk Officer when needed. She has also previously served as the lead 401(k) analyst on the team providing a detailed understanding and analysis to serving as the relationship manager as well as participating in prospecting multimillion dollar retirement plans to which we have a fiduciary and advisory consulting role, including national on site employee education tours at the various administrators that we serve across the country.

Cindy works directly with our team and Managing Principal on employee processes, HR matters, accountability to the individual team roles and responsibilities, and specialized business development and projects.

As one of our leading Registered Relationship Managers, Cindy pays distinct attention to our client’s goals, as well as their service, and administrative needs, and conducts client reviews with an in-depth look at their allocation, goals and performance. Cindy brings 29 years of experience and leadership in the financial industry, including her previous role as a CRM and Vice President in a major market at a well-known wirehouse full-service brokerage firm residing in the local Detroit and Ohio market. She had served as team lead in the market volunteer and charitable giving campaigns and takes her role in community impact seriously.

In her free time, Cindy loves to travel abroad with her husband David. She is also passionate about the therapeutic value and pride of gardening, and loves outdoor sports. She takes the most pride in the three children she and David have raised together as a successfully blended family, all now working professionally in their chosen fields post college.
